In 1999 Han founded a consumer intelligence company MetrixLab and pioneered online survey research in Europe and the US. He led MetrixLab’s business expansion into the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore and China; he successfully executed 6 acquisitions in the Netherlands, France, UK and the US (MarketTools), and merged MetrixLab in 2014 with former Tokyo Stock Exchange listed MACROMILL, and became its CEO. The merger created the largest provider of online survey research in the world with 1500 employees in the Americas, Europe and Asia, and annual revenues in excess of $300 Million. In October 2015, 16 years after having founded MetrixLab, Han handed over his CEO position to his American successor Scott Ernst and became non-executive member of the Global Board of Directors. Han continues to be shareholder of the MACROMILL group.
